The main thing for us is to get you to have a good sleep.
There are a number of things you can do
- try to go to sleep at the same time, even if it is on a weekend
- try not to sleep during the day time.
- before you go to bed, try something which will help you to relax. Have a nice bath, read a book or even go for a walk. It will calm down your nerves and it’ll be easier for you to sleep.
- your bedroom is better be dark with fresh cold air.
