There has been twelve treatment seeking volunteers with cocaine dependency given a few sets of blind infusions of 20 mg cocaine, 40 mg cocaine and saline. It was supposed to determine the interaction of Provigil and cocaine.
Provigil has been given as a 0 mg dose, 400 and 800 mg doses. Provigil given together with cocaine has not resulted in any interactions of hemodynamic.
Comparing to the cocaine baseline conditions Provigil has dumpened scores on Analog Scale.
